These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your engagement of the services provided by Alzarar Integrated Security System (“Alzarar”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Alzarar provides integrated security solutions including technical security systems, intruder alarms, CCTV surveillance, access control, guarding and protocol services. The scope, specification and pricing of any service will be set out in a separate written quotation or service agreement, which will take precedence over general statements made on this website.

Quotations provided by us are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to a site survey where applicable. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted by both parties in writing.

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the premises and assets to be secured.
• Grant our personnel safe and reasonable access to the site when required.
• Ensure a suitable operating environment, power supply and connectivity for installed systems.
• Notify us promptly of any faults, alarms or changes affecting the service.

Where we install equipment or provide monitoring, the service will operate in accordance with the specifications agreed in your service contract. While we take every reasonable measure to maintain uninterrupted protection, no security system can guarantee absolute prevention of loss, and monitoring may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as power, network or communication failures.

Charges for services are payable in accordance with the terms set out in your quotation or service agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services, including monitoring, until outstanding amounts are settled. Any costs incurred in recovering overdue payments may be charged to the client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is the property of Alzarar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alzarar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for that service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with our services, including security designs, site assessments and operational details. This obligation continues after the service relationship ends.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice provisions set out in that agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where these terms are breached. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
