Technical security systems

CCTV, fire alarms, access control, home automation and perimeter security, planned around what your building needs to detect, record and control.

Useful technology, professionally installed

See who is at the entrance, receive a warning from an alarm or control access to a private room. Each system solves a different problem. Alzarar helps you understand the options and takes care of selecting, installing and testing suitable equipment.

Whether this is your first system or an upgrade, we start with your premises and explain the recommendation in ordinary language.

Fire detection & alarm systems

An early warning when smoke or heat signals a possible fire.

Smoke and heat detectors look for signs of fire. When triggered, a connected alarm warns people so they can act. Alzarar selects suitable detectors and warning equipment for your home or workplace, installs the system and explains how to recognise and respond to its alerts.

  • Smoke or heat detection suited to the rooms and their use.
  • Warning devices that alert occupants to a detected event.
  • Installation, testing and guidance on ongoing checks.

Fire detection warns of danger. It does not prevent or extinguish a fire, and it works alongside your building’s evacuation arrangements.

CCTV surveillance & recording

See what is happening and review what happened.

CCTV gives you a view of the areas covered by its cameras: a front gate, shop counter, stockroom or workplace entrance. Recordings help you review an incident later. Alzarar selects camera positions and sets up viewing and recording around the areas you want to see.

  • A clearer view of selected entrances and activity areas.
  • Recorded footage from covered areas, according to the recording settings.
  • Authorised viewing on site, with remote access on compatible systems.

Our team checks lighting, camera angles and recording storage so you understand what the system covers and how footage is retained.

Access control & biometric attendance

Give the right people access to the right spaces.

A card or biometric reader checks a person’s credential before allowing entry through a controlled door. This helps keep offices and staff-only areas accessible to authorised people. Alzarar installs the readers and door equipment, sets up access permissions and shows your team how to manage users.

  • Controlled entry to selected rooms, doors or work areas.
  • Access that can be changed when staff roles or permissions change.
  • Separate biometric attendance options for recording staff arrival and departure.

Card, fingerprint and face-recognition choices depend on the application. We check door compatibility, exit arrangements and administration needs before installation.

Home automation & room controls

Set the room for your day with simpler controls.

Home automation lets suitable devices work from convenient controls and routines. You could adjust compatible lighting or close motorised curtains without operating each item separately. Alzarar helps you choose useful functions, connects compatible equipment and shows your household how to use it.

  • Convenient controls for the rooms you use most.
  • Schedules and app access where the selected equipment supports them.
  • A setup explained to your household, including everyday manual controls.

We check existing devices before recommending additions, so you know which functions can work together.

Electric fencing & perimeter deterrence

Discourage unauthorised crossing at a suitable boundary.

Electric security fencing adds a deterrent above or along an appropriate property boundary. Alzarar checks the wall or fence and its surroundings before recommending an installation. It supports the work of gates, guards and observation at sites where a stronger boundary measure is needed.

  • A visible perimeter deterrent at suitable sites.
  • Installation that takes gates and authorised access into account.
  • Guidance on inspection, upkeep and reporting faults.

Fencing does not make a boundary impenetrable. Our assessment includes nearby public access, vegetation and the condition of the supporting wall or fence.

We show you how to use it

We explain everyday controls, answer your questions and discuss maintenance and support.

Before you install

These details help you compare equipment proposals and avoid gaps between the installation and the way you plan to use it.

Can my existing cameras or alarms be reused?

They may be suitable, but compatibility and condition need checking. Share the manufacturer, model numbers and any known faults. The assessment should identify which equipment can remain and which items need replacement.

Will every system work from one app?

Not necessarily. Remote access and integration depend on the selected equipment and software. Tell us which functions you want to manage together so compatibility can be established before equipment is selected.

Does CCTV installation include someone watching the cameras?

CCTV recording and a staffed monitoring service are different requirements. If you need live observation or alarm monitoring, include this in your enquiry so the coverage, operating hours and escalation arrangements can be discussed.

What happens during a power or internet outage?

This depends on the equipment, power backup and communication arrangements. Include outage requirements in the site assessment so local operation, recording, remote access and any backup options can be considered separately.

Can you quote for a single system or a phased installation?

Yes. Specify whether you need one system now or a wider upgrade over time. The assessment can focus on the immediate requirement while identifying any wiring or infrastructure needed for later work.
