Privacy policy

How Alzarar Integrated Security System collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: 2026

1. Introduction

Alzarar Integrated Security System (“Alzarar”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who contacts us or uses our security services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you request a quote, complete our contact form, or correspond with our team. This may include:

  • Your name, company name and job title.
  • Contact details such as address, email address and telephone number.
  • Details about the premises, assets or people you would like us to help secure.
  • Any other information you choose to share when you communicate with us.

We may also automatically collect limited technical information — such as your browser type, device information and pages visited — to help us operate and improve our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and prepare tailored security proposals and quotations.
  • Design, deliver and support the security systems and guarding services you request.
  • Manage our relationship with you, including account administration and customer support.
  • Improve our website, services and customer experience.
  • Comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

4. Confidentiality & Security of Data

Given the nature of our work, we treat client information — including site assessments, system designs and monitoring data — as strictly confidential. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel who need it to carry out their duties.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted partners and suppliers who help us deliver our services, and with regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where we are required to do so by law. Any partner acting on our behalf is bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to meet our contractual commitments, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete information where we are no longer required to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

8. Cookies and Optional Analytics

We store your analytics preference in your browser. Google Analytics loads only when you select Allow analytics. If you allow it, Google uses analytics cookies and receives technical information about your browser and device, the pages you visit, approved campaign tags, and events indicating a phone-link click or a successfully submitted enquiry. These measurements help us understand which pages and marketing channels lead to enquiries.

Our analytics events do not include the names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or other details entered in our enquiry form. Google processes analytics data on our behalf, including through infrastructure outside Pakistan. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website analytics configuration.

You can decline analytics and still use our website and enquiry form. To change your choice, use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Declining stops further analytics collection in that browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies we can access; it does not delete data already collected. You can also manage cookies and stored preferences through your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
